CSC Fence and Adaptor Plate

As the owner of a Festool CSC SYS Table Saw, you’re familiar with the frustration of lack of repeatability for cross cuts. Benchdogs has addressed this issue with its adaptor plate, enabling you to link Benchdogs Fences to the CSC SYS using a marked ruler scale and a flag stop for consistent cuts. This feature also permits the attachment of multiple flag stops, providing more opportunities for repeatable cuts.

We offer options for 330mm, 625mm, and 1000mm fences, complete with laser scale markings set at 1mm intervals and set back 1mm to ensure ample clearance from your saw blade. The 625mm and 1000mm options also include a material support plate with a dial-in thumbscrew to maintain workpiece levelness during cutting.

⚠️ SAFETY WARNING – CSC Fence System

When using the CSC Fence System with the length longer than the 625mm fence, there is an increased risk of saw tipping due to the extended length of the fence. To ensure safe and stable operation:

1. Secure the Saw – Always ensure your saw is firmly mounted and locked in position before use.
2. Work on a Stable Surface – Place the saw and fence system on a flat, stable surface to minimize movement.
3. Support Longer Materials – When cutting longer or larger workpieces, use additional material supports to maintain balance and reduce strain on the fence.
4. Maintain Proper Alignment – Verify that the fence is aligned correctly and firmly secured to prevent lateral movement.
5. Use Caution During Operation – Avoid applying excessive lateral pressure to the saw, as this may increase the risk of tipping.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in equipment instability, reduced cutting accuracy, or injury.

If your Festool thumbscrew is slightly too short, switch the thumbscrew with the one we have supplied with the material support plate
