1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between Mgr Martina Hýllová (Samosato Store), with its registered office at Velické námestie 21, 058 01 Poprad, registered under the company number 46750240, and consumers (hereinafter “Customer”) in relation to the purchase of goods via the online store www.samosato.store (hereinafter “Online Store”).
This document is binding on both parties.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the sale of goods offered in the Online Store and their delivery to the Customer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. A sales contract is concluded when the Customer’s order is confirmed by the Seller.
3. Order and Conclusion of the Contract
3.1. The Customer may place orders for goods via the Online Store. An order is an offer to enter into a sales contract.
3.2. The Seller will confirm receipt of the order by email. The confirmation of the order by the Seller constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract between the Seller and the Customer.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right not to accept the order in case of unclear payment, out-of-stock items, or other objective reasons.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
4.1. The prices of the goods are listed on the Online Store and are final, including VAT.
4.2. The Customer may pay for the goods using the following methods, depending on their choice:
- Credit/debit card
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
4.3. If paying by cash on delivery, the Seller reserves the right to charge an additional fee for delivery.
5. Delivery of Goods
5.1. Goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the order.
5.2. The Seller undertakes to confirm the order the next working day and then ship the goods within 24 hours of order confirmation if the goods are in stock. If the goods are not in stock, we will specify the delivery time.
5.3. Delivery may be made through a courier service or other delivery companies.
5.4. If the goods are out of stock or cannot be delivered for other reasons, the Customer will be informed accordingly.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason, in accordance with EU legislation.
6.2. The goods must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
6.3. In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the Customer the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
6.4. Withdrawal from the contract can be done using the form provided on the Online Store or by sending a written request to the Seller’s address.
7. Warranty and Complaints
7.1. The Seller provides a warranty for the goods in accordance with the legal requirements of the EU and the relevant national laws.
7.2. If defects are found in the goods, the Customer has the right to make a complaint.
7.3. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
7.4. The Seller commits to resolving complaints within 30 days from receiving the complaint.
8. Data Protection
8.1. The Seller processes Customer personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8.2. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the order and for further business communications.

9. Responsibility for Content and Functionality
9.1. The Seller is not responsible for any technical issues, such as server downtimes or other temporary access problems to the Online Store.
9.2. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from the improper use of the goods or incorrect entry of information by the Customer.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from the date they are published on the Online Store website.
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the Terms will take effect when published on the Online Store.
10.3. In case of disputes between the Seller and the Customer, the competent court is located in the jurisdiction of the Seller’s registered office.
10.4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and the relevant legislation of the European Union.
